摘要
磁性接近开关属于一种无接触的电子开关,跟传统的机械开关相比有许多优点,其工作原理是将电磁量转化为所希望的电信号。基于对磁阻传感器工作原理的研究,采用磁阻传感器,设计了一个磁性接近开关装置,实现了位置传感和开关功能,并在实验中取得了良好的效果,具有无触点、无磨损、寿命长、响应快等优点,具有很好的应用前景。

Based on studying the principle of magnetic-resistive sensor, a magnetic proximity switch was designed by adopting the magnetic-resistive sensor. The functions of position sensing and switching were achieved. Its good effects are obtained in experiment. Its features of non-contact, non-wear-out, long operation life and quick response have excellent applicable prospects.
