摘要
利用超声反射法对工件进行无损检测时,精确的探头入射方向可以提高反射波接收信号,减小因散射等原因产生的信号衰减,提高信号分析的精确度。论文简要介绍了实现超声探头的射向控制、实现最优信号接收的“PC+PMAC运动控制卡”控制系统。
When we detect the flaws depending on reflective ultrasonic signal ,the precise probe' input direction can improve the receipt signal and offset the attenuation by scatter.The paper introduces a system to control the probe's motion briefly,which adopt the pattern of "PC + PMAC" .The system optimizes the receipt signal and improve the detective precision.
