摘要
对在焊接研究中普遍采用的高温测量技术进行了综述,介绍了典型的接触测温法和非接触测温法的工作原理和应用特点。热电偶法是常用的接触测温法,它测温准确、实现简便、使用灵活,至今在焊接研究中仍被广泛使用,其缺点是只能测点温,且会干扰测试区的温度场。非接触测温主要有辐射法和干涉法,由于测温元件不与被测物接触,不会破坏被测物的温度场,通过与数字图象处理技术相结合,能实现温度场的快速、实时测量,全面、形象的反映温度场的动态变化,因此成为高温测量技术的发展趋势,在焊接熔池和电弧温度场测量中得到越来越多的应用。
This paper reviews the high temperature measurement technique commonly used in welding study and introduces the working principle and application characteristics of the typical contact and non-contact temperature measurement methods. As a kind of typical contact tempera- ture measurement instrument, thermocouple is accurate, simple, convenient and flexible. So up to now it has been widely used in welding study. However, it can only measure the point temperature and may interfere with the temperature field of the test area. Non-contact temperature measurement method mainly includes radiation temperature measurement and interferometric temperature measurement. It will not destroy the temperature field because the temperature measurement sensor will not contact the object measured. Quick and real-time measurement of temperature filed can be achieved by combining with the digital image processing technology. The dynamic change of the temperature field can be comprehensively and visually reflected. There fore, non-contact temperature measurement technique becomes the development trend of high temperature measurement and will be used more and more widely in measuring the temperature field of weld arc and pool.
