摘要
高校青少年俱乐部是具有重大社会价值的新事物,其发展模式目前国内尚无定论。从管理机构设置、经济运营、人力物力的组织、会员管理、时间活动安排等几方面剖析了目前我国高校青少年俱乐部存在的问题,同时提出并论证了理想的俱乐部所应有的发展模式。
Teenagers＇ club of high schools is a brand - new thing which is of great social significanee and the mode of which is not decided yet. The paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems of the current teenagers＇ club of high schools in terms of the establishment of administrative institution, the management of people and instrument, the arrangement of activity time, etc. The author also demonstrates the ideal mode of these dubs.
