摘要
通过采用H+对简单钠磷酸盐进行改性,获得了一种高稳定性的呈胶体状态的复合钠磷酸盐基粘结剂,并引入Al3+、Mg2+、B3+金属离子改性以提高其抗吸湿性。在较低温度下,H+、Al3+、Mg2+、B3+复合改性钠磷酸盐粘结剂砂(芯)型溃散性较好。
A high stable colloid state sodium-based compound phosphate binder is developed by modifying simple sodium phosphate with hydronium. Al~ 3+, Mg~ 2+ and B~ 3+ were introduced to enhance anti-moisture-absorption. At a lower temperature, the metal ions compound modified binder possesses a higher collapsibility.
