摘要
采用气相色谱和质谱联用(GC—MS)的方法对印尼皇冠果中所含的挥发油成分进行了分析测定.从皇冠果籽和果瓤中分别鉴定出了22和27个化合物,占挥发油总质量分数的67.93%和66.65%.皇冠果瓤和果籽的药理活性不同,其所含挥发油中的成分也有明显不同.
The GC-MS technique is used to analyze the volatility oil contained in Mahkota Dewa. Twenty-two and twenty-seven kinds of compounds are identified respectively from the pit and the pulp of Mahkota Dewa,which occupy 67.93% and 66.65% of the whole volatility oil. The pharmacology activity of the pit of Mahkota Dewa is different from that of the pulp,and it may be due to the differences between the chemical constituents of its pit and pulp.
