摘要
选取平均体重18~20g左右,公、母各半的昆明系小白鼠64只,随机分为4组,每组16只,进行35d的亚慢性毒性饲养试验。A组为对照组,饲喂小白鼠基础日粮。B、C、D组为试验组,分别饲喂用10%、20%、40%的构树叶粉取代等量基础日粮的试验日粮。结果表明:D组的血清尿素氮(BUN)含量和C、D组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于A组(P〈0.05),D组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)极显著高于A组(P〈0.01);D组组织切片可见肝、肾组织有轻度的病理变化。B、C组朱见明显毒性变化。
64 Kunming System small white rats, half males and half females, with average weight of about 18-20 g were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, 16 rats for each group, and a subehronic toxicity feeding test was carried out for 35 days. Group A was a control group fed on basal diets for small white rats. Group B, C and D were trial groups fed on 10% , 20% and 40% trial diets of papermulherry leaf meal respectively instead of equivalent basal diets. The results showed that the content of blood serum urea nitrogen (BUN) in Group D and the activity of alkali phosphatase (ALP) in Group C and D were significantly higher than that in Group A(P 〈0.05), and glutamatepyruvate transaminase (ALT) in Group D was extremely significantly higher than that in Group A (P 〈 0.01) ; a light pathologic change of liver and kidney organs in Group D could be seen through organ section, while no any significant toxic change in Group B and C.
