摘要
用数值分析法预报奥氏体变形后相变产物的类型和形态的首要问题是对CCT曲线进行解析化处理。通过曲线拟合获得在半对数坐标下的CCT曲线的解析式,利用同类钢种中的有限条相邻碳当量的CCT曲线做出的解析关系,采用插值法获得在研究范围内的特定初始条件下的任意碳当量所对应的CCT曲线。
To predict the type and configuration of the asutonite after deforming, the first thing is dealing with the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves and resolution. By curve simulation we can get the analytic equation. Using the analytic equation of same type of steel, which carbon content is adjacent, we can predict the CCT curves of the carbon content among the three or more adjacent by interpolation.
