自体颅骨瓣腹壁下保存原位移植修补颅骨缺损 被引量：2

摘要 我院自2003年3月-2005年6月采用去骨瓣减压开颅手术、颅骨瓣埋藏保存于左下腹壁皮下的方法治疗41例颅脑创伤患者，其中7例（17．07％）因伤情严重死亡，7例（17．07％）长期昏迷、严重病残者放弃颅骨瓣原位移植修补颅骨缺损，其余27例均择期取出骨瓣行颅骨缺损修补术，疗效满意。
