摘要 目的:从延缓衰老的角度分析新编五禽戏的养生保健价值,验证新编五禽戏健身效果的科学性。方法:①选择2005-05/08杭州市西湖区老年大学61~65岁的老年女性75人,入选者均为非体育人口,无重大疾病。②随机数字表法将受试者随机分为对照组(30人)和新编五禽戏锻炼组(45人),后者进行16周的新编五禽戏锻炼,45min/d。③分别在实验开始前和实验4个月后测试各组受试者的心脏功能能力、反应时、闭眼单脚站立时间以及外周血、丙二醛和雌二醇水平。结果:75人均进入结果分析。①经过16周的新编五禽戏锻炼,锻炼组受试者的血超氧化物歧化酶活性由(1746±308)μkat/L提高到(2058±263)μkat/L(P<0.05),虽然脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量也明显升高,但与对照组相比升高的幅度明显降低。②锻炼组老年女性的雌二醇水平由实验前的(41.38±15.40)ng/L上升到(48.39±18.40)ng/L(P<0.05)。③4个月的新编五禽戏锻炼不足以引起心脏功能能力明显变化,但呈现增长的趋势。④经过新编五禽戏锻炼受试者的反应时在实验后无明显变化,运动时明显缩短(P<0.05),闭眼单脚站立时间明显增长[由(7.51±2.80)s到(10.16±3.30)s,P<0.05),而且明显高于对照组。结论:长期参加新编五禽戏锻炼可以提高老年人外周血超氧化物歧化酶活性、延缓自由基损伤呈随增龄而增强的趋势,明显提高性激素水平,增强本体感觉能力和平衡能力,从而有效的延缓衰老进程。 To explore the healthy care value of delaying the process of aging of new Wu Qin Xi, so as to verify its scientificaainess of new Wu Qin Xi in daily exercise. METHODS: ①Altogether 75 healthy old people aged 61 to65 years, who did not exercising daily were selected from the Senior University of West Lake in Hangzhou from May to August 2005. ②They were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=30) and exercise group (n=45). The latter group played new Wu Qin Xi for 16 weeks, 45 minutes daily. ③The cardiac function, reaction time, time for close eyes one-foot balance, and level of peripheral blood, malondialdehyde (MDA) and estradiol of the examinees were measured before and 4 months after the experiment. RESULTS: All the 75 people were involved in the result analysis. ①After 16 weeks of new Wu Qin Xi exercise, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of the exercise group was increased [(1 764±308) μkat/L, (2 058±263) μkat/L, P 〈 0.05]; meanwhile, although the MDA was also increased, it was obvious lower than the control group. ②The estradiol of the women in the exercise group was increased [(41.38±15.40) ng/L, (48.39±18.40) ng/L, P 〈 0.05]. ③The cardiac function had no obvious change after 4 months exercise, but it was prone to increase. ④The reaction time of the exercise group had no significant change after Wu Qia Xi exercise, the exercise time was obviously shorted (P 〈 0.05); the time for close eyes one-foot balance was markedly prolonged [(7.51±2.80) seconds, (10.16±3.30) seconds, P 〈 0.05], which was obviously higher than the control group. CONCLUSION: New Wu Qin Xi can effectively slow the process of ageing by increasing serum SOD activity, delaying the free radical injury increased with ageing, improving the level of sexual hormone, and enhancing feeling and balance ability.
