摘要
目前我国导游逐渐从旅行社的正式员工转化为自由职业者,在旅游市场形成一个导游群体,因此导游人员的管理也需要重新审视。从人力资源开发的角度出发,对导游人员的职业生涯、绩效和薪酬制度进行创新管理,以此提高我国导游行业的整体工作水平。
Concerning to hiring formal guides, travel agencies nowadays prefer to look for suitable ones in the market, which gives birth to a group of professional guides in the travel market. However, it is more and more necessary to give a new view to the management of guides. Therefore from the direction of human resources exploitation, this paper gives some innovative advice to the management of career life, performance and salary system upon the guides, hoping to improve the whole service standard of the guide industry,etc.
