摘要
目的:观察聚维酮碘杀灭微生物效果。方法:采用定量杀菌试验方法对聚维酮碘消毒剂杀菌效果进行观察。结果:以有效碘含量为300 mg/L的聚维酮碘溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用7 m in,平均杀灭率可达100.00%;对枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种作用180 m in,平均杀灭率均达99.65%以上。模拟现场试验结果证明,以有效碘含量为500 mg/L聚维酮碘水溶液擦拭后作用20 m in,对物体表面自然菌的杀灭率达93.24%以上。结论:聚维酮碘消毒液为强而有效的杀菌剂。
Objective: To observe the germicidal efficacy of Povidone Iodine. Methods: The germicidal efficacy of Povidone Iodine was observed using quantitative germicidal test method. Results: The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the water solution containing 300 mg/L Povidone Iodine for 3 rain respectively were 100.00% and those of spores of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger for 180 min were over 99.65%. Results of simulated field trial demonstrated that wiping with water solution containing 500 mg/L Povidone Iodine with a 20 rain contact time killed over 93.24% of natural bacteria on surfaces. Conclusions: Pnvidone Iodine is a kind of powerful germicide.
