摘要
目的了解安徽医科大学第一附属医院近两年内门诊口服降血糖药的使用情况及趋势。方法应用金额排序法和DDDs排序法,对该院2004—2005年口服降血糖药的用药金额、主要品种及其DDDs进行统计分析。结果2年来该院口服降血糖药用药金额和DDDs呈上升趋势,最常用的降血糖药为二甲双胍、格列齐特和阿卡波糖,国产降血糖药的用药金额增幅明显。结论该院近两年口服降血糖药的应用基本稳定,安全有效、质优价廉的国产降血糖药具有广阔前景。
Objective To understand the application and trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University during the period of 2004-2005. Methods To statistically analyze the sum of money and DDDs of dominating oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital from 2004- 2005. Results The purchase cost and frequency usage of oral hypoglycemic drugs increased during 2 years; metformin, gliclazide and acarbose were the leading drugs in this hospital; the purchase cost of the drugs manufactured at home presented a significant increase. Conclusion The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital is approximately stable in recent 2 years and the future for drugs of safe, effective, cheap and good quality manufactured at home is bright in China.
