摘要
根据工业控制网络的可靠性和实时性要求,为多种基于串口的无线通信设备,设计一种面向复杂工业环境的通信协议。详细讨论了该串行无线通信协议的分层结构、各层的具体含义以及通信处理过程,分析了通信协议层的延时问题。最后,将该通信协议应用于某钢铁厂的行车调度系统中,给出了基于VC++的通信协议接口函数及其系统软件的主控和行车终端软件界面,经实际使用获得了较好的效果。
According to the requirements for stringent timing constraints and reliability guarantees in industrial wireless networks,a communication protocol for various serial wireless equipments is proposed.Firstly,the layered architecture,function definitions and processing methods of the communication protocol are discussed in detail.Secondly, the above proposed scheme is applied in the traveling-crane dispatch system of an iron and steel factory,and satisfactory results are achieved.Lastly,the API functions and GUIs of software are presented.
