摘要
为了探讨直肠阴道瘘的手术治疗方法，经阴道切口在彻底切除瘘口周围瘢痕组织后，分三层修补直肠、直肠前壁周围组织及阴遣壁缺损。结果12例均一次性治愈，随访1～5年无复发。结果表明，充分游离并切除瘘口周围瘢痕组织，无张力缝合直肠阴道壁缺损是成功修复直肠阴道瘘的关键。
The objective of the study was to improve the surgical procedure of rectovaginal fistula. Repair of the rectum by 3 layers,repair of the peripheral tissues of the anterior wall of the rectum and repair of the vaginal defect were successionally performed after the peripheral cicatricial tissues at the orifice of the fistula was thoroughly resected through vaginal incision. As results,all the 12 cases were cured primarily and no relapse was found during the follow up of 1-5 years. It is suggested that thoroughly freeing ＆ resecting the peripheral cicatricial tissues at the fistula orifice plus tension-free suture of the defect of the rectovaginal wall are the key elementary steps in repairing the rectovaginal fistula successfully.
