摘要
本文结合亚洲开发银行的《土建工程承包商资格预审指南》,介绍了国际工程资格预审的阶段、评审过程和评审计分实例,分析了业主在资格预审中对承包商资格审查文件的要求,指出了国内公司在编制资审文件中存在的问题和需要采取的措施,为相关单位编制国际工程的资格审查文件提供参考。
This paper is integrated with Guidelines for Evaluation of Pre-qualification of Civil Works Contractor of ADB （Asian Development Bank）and intended to introduce the qualification evaluation phase, assessment process and grading instances of the international projects, and meanwhile analyzed the requirement for the qualification investigation documentation of the contractor during the evaluation phase, and illuminated the existed problems and necessary applied measures during the qualification evaluation documentation preparation for the domestic enterprises, and offered the valuable reference about the qualification evaluation documentation preparation for the international competitive projects for the relative companies.
