普通高校的音乐素质教育面临着困境,应通过明确教育目的、更新教育内容、丰富教育手段来推动普通高校音乐素质教育的不断创新和发展。
This paper points out musical competent education in college and university confronted with the predicament should take the initiative to develop bye way of clear educational alms, renewal content of teaching and various teaching methods.
