一种新型卟啉修饰电极的循环伏安研究及溶解氧的测定 被引量:4

摘要 本文将尾式金属卟啉氯化5-邻(N-咪唑)丁氧基苯基10,15,20三苯基卟啉Mn(Ⅲ)(Mn(Ⅲ)(ImBPTPP)C1)修饰于玻碳电极表面,用循环伏安法(CV)研究了修饰电极的电化学性质,并用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定水中溶解氧的含量。本法的检出限为0.1mg/L,线性范围为0.38~12mg/L,相关性系数R=0.999(n=11),实际样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.43%(n=5)。该修饰电极有望作为检测溶解氧的传感器。 The electochemical properties of carbon electrode modified by a tailed manganese (Ⅲ) porphyrin (Mn( Ⅲ ) porphyrin (Mn( Ⅲ ) (ImBPTPP)Cl) was studial by cyclic vohammograms. A serials of differential pulse vohammety (DPV) data performed by the modified electrode were presented. An excellent linearity was obtained in the range of 0. 38~12 mg/L, and R=0. 999. The modified electrode was succesfully applied to determinationt of the dissolved oxygen in waste water, and the accuracy was verified by Winkler method. It is expected that this modified electrode can be used as a dissolved oxygen sensor.
