摘要
在生产2Cr13马氏体不锈钢活塞杆时发现,已锻成形的部分有一段被加热到锻造温度范围内,在后续锻造中变形很小甚至没有变形,且淬火时产生了裂纹。经试验分析是由于该段晶粒粗大,淬火时组织应力超过该段的材料强度所致。
while manufacturing 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel piston rod, it is found that a certain section of the forged part is heated within the range of forged temperature, there shall be less distortion or even no distortion in the following forging process, and the cracks were produced while quenching. Through test analysis, we found that it is caused by the large size grain in this section, as well as the structure stress in this section over the material strength.
