摘要
水下干式舱是浅海管线维修的核心设备,要求配备高可靠性的监控系统,实现完善的监视和控制功能。为此,介绍了水下干式舱作业控制与监测系统CMSDC(CcontrlandMonitiorSys-temofDryCabin),分析了海底管线维修干式舱作业的监控需求及CMSDC采取的技术对策。在模型功能试验中,CMSDC实现了作业过程的监视与控制,其技术对策满足了工程中关键环节监控的需要,保证了海底管道干式维修工程的安全、高效,进一步发挥了干式舱水下作业的低成本、高效率优势。
Seabed dry cabin is the key equipment for offshore pipeline maintenance, in which a highly reliable monitoring system is provided to implement the functions of supervision and control. CMSDC (control and monitor system of dry cabin) is introduced, requirements for monitoring the dry cabin operation of seabed pipeline maintenance and technical countermeasures used in CMSDC are analyzed. In the model function testing, monitoring and control of the operation are implemented with CMSDC, its technical countermeasures are satisfied with the needs of monitor and control in the project, and safety and high efficient operation of dry cabin maintenance for the seabed pipeline is guaranteed, by which the advantages of low cost and higher efficiency of dry cabin underwater operation are further displayed.
