摘要
为提高钻井试验装置钻压伺服控制系统的钻压控制精度,利用Simulink软件包对液压系统进行动态仿真。在论述钻压伺服控制系统的物理模型及工作原理后,建立了电液伺服阀控制系统的数学模型,给出系统的设计参数值、Simulink仿真模型和仿真分析方法。理论分析和仿真结果表明,采用步进式积分分离的PID控制能够满足钻压伺服控制系统的控制要求,控制平稳,无超调量,并具有一定的适应能力。
To improve the weight-on-bit control accuracy of a servo-control system in drilling test unit, software SIMULINK is used to conduct a dynamic simulation on hydraulic system, a physical model and its working principle of the servo-control system in drilling test unit are denoted. A mathematical model is established for electro-hydraulic and servo-valve-controlled system. Parameters for system design, SIMULINK simulation model and simulation analytical methods are provided. The results of theoretical analysis and simulation show that PID control with stepping integration and separation can meet the requirements of the servo-control system with smooth control, it has certain adaptive capacity in operation.
