摘要
[目的]探讨丹参酮ⅡA对血管平滑肌细胞单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)表达的影响。[方法]培养大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞,复制肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)损伤模型,逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、放射性免疫方法检测MCP-1、IL-1β的表达,并观察丹参酮ⅡA的作用。[结果]丹参酮ⅡA能够抑制TNF-α诱导的血管平滑肌细胞MCP-1、IL-1β的过度表达。[结论]抑制动脉粥样硬化过程中MCP-1、IL-1β的表达可能是丹参酮ⅡA的作用机制之一。
[Objective] To explore the influence of Tanshinone ⅡA on the expression of MCP-1 and IL-1β in the vascular smooth muscle cell. [Methods] Cultivate the aorta smooth muscle cell of rats and reproduce the TNF-α injured model. The expression of MCP-1 and IL-1β was determined by RT-PCR and radioimmunology assay and the effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A was observed. [Results] The transhinone Ⅱ A may inhibit MCP-1 and IL-1β overexpression of vascular smooth muscle cell injured by TNF-α. [Conclusions] Inhibiting MCP-1 and IL-1β overexpression in atberoclerosis process may be one of the mechanisms of transhinone ⅡA.
