摘要
基于静态交通规划的停车库信息系统的设计，给出了从宏观的交通规划层面到单元车库的信息管理系统的一个体系探讨，旨在让停车库在提高城市交通运行效率中起到更重要的作用，并达到由静态交通来协调、指导动态交通的目的。
The design of future garage information system based on the static traffic Li Xinlong, offers a systematic study of information management system covering from macroscopic traffic planning to individual garage unit. In the project, the garages play a more important role in improving the operation efficiency of urban communications, and the aim of the design is to coordinate and guide the dynamic traffic by static traffic planning.
