摘要
目的探讨噬菌体生物扩增法(PhaB)快速检测结核分枝杆菌的临床应用价值。方法对108例肺结核患者痰标本进行噬菌体裂解试验,并与集菌涂片,BacT/ALERT 3D检测仪法相比较。结果噬菌体裂解法阳性率59.3%(64/108),与集菌涂片法28.7%(31/108)、BacT/ALERT 3D检测仪法43.5%(47/108)相比差别有显著意义。结论PhaB快速、简便、灵敏、特异,有助于结核分枝杆菌的检测,可用于结核病的快速诊断。
Objective To explore the value of phage biological amplification in fast detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods 108 sputum specimens of tuberculosis were detected by phage breaking test for mycobacterium tuberculosis and the results were compared with that of smear as well as BacT/ALERT 3D detecting instrument. Results The positive ratio of phage splitting array was 59.3%(64/108),and it was significantly higher than that of smear 43.5%(47/108) or BacT/ALERT 3D detecting instrument 28. 7%(31/108) .Conclusion The method of phage biological amplification is a fast, convenient, sensitive as well as specific one. It can be used for the fast detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis.
