摘要
针对建设社会主义新农村的现实意义和长远意义,论述了建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观的新举措,是统筹城乡发展、全面建设小康社会的具体体现,是现阶段深化农村改革的新探索,是解决“三农”问题的必由之路。提出发展壮大新产业,推进现代农业建设步伐,规划建设新村镇,改善农村物质条件,实现农村社会化服务,是建设新农村的重要策略,并就建设社会主义新农村的组织保障机制进行了讨论。
In view of the practical and long- term significance of construction of new socialistic country, it is put forward that building new socialistic country is a new act for carrying out scientific development theory, a concrete embodiment of overall planning the development of towns and villages and overall constructing welloff Society, a new approach for further reformation of country, and is the best way to solve the ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ The author holds that developing and expanding new industries, advancing the construction of modern agriculture, planning and building new towns and villages, improving the material conditions of country, and realizing, the socialization service of country are the important strategies for building new socialistic country. The mechanism of organization guarantee for building new socialistic country is also discussed.
