摘要
本文介绍了变长线齿轮齿形系数的计算方法。为求解危险应力点的有关参数,文章基于微分几何理论,对长幅渐开螺旋面等距曲面(变长线轮齿的齿面)作了几何描述,给出了曲面主法曲率的计算公式;介绍了用边界元法直接确定危险应力点,从而计算齿形系数的方法。
This paper introduces the calculationmethod of tooth form factor of the dual-involute gear.Based on the differential geometry, the equations ofthe tooth surfaces and the principal normal curvaturesare described, And, the parameters of the criticalpoint are defined. The boundary element method(BEM) is applied to define the critical point on thetooth root profile.
