浅论高校教师压力来源及缓解压力的对策和建议 被引量:23

On Pressure of the Staffs in Colleges and Universities and Countermeasures

摘要 随着高等教育改革的不断深化,高校教师面临着新的发展机遇,同时也面临更大的挑战和压力。本文主要分析了高校教师的压力来源并提出了缓解压力的对策和建议。 With the further development and the deep reforming in higher education, teachers and staff in colleges and universities are faced with more opportunities to develop. Meanwhile, they also come across more psychological pressures and challenges. This paper mainly analyzes how the pressure problems come into being. Furthermore, the authors also put forwards some countermeasures and suggestions on how to relieve the occupational stress among teachers in colleges and universities.
