摘要
研究了高铬铸铁过冷奥氏体转变的特点,拟定了高铬铸铁新的热处理工艺,测定了新工艺生产的高铬铸铁性能。新的热处理工艺既使高铬铸铁具有更好的抗冲击磨损性能,又简化了生产工艺。
Based on the investigation of undercooling austenite transformation of high chromium cast irons,a simple and economical heat treatment process is developed.The results of performence tests show that high chromium cast irons treated with the new process have better impact wear resistance than with the traditional one.
