摘要 为了减少牛鞭效应、提高供应链的绩效,目前学术界已经普遍就整合供应链的观念达成一致。虽然Internet的发展为供应链整合提供了有效的技术支持,但是由于诸如供应链节点利益分配等问题的存在使得充分实现整合供应链的做法不可能或者成本太高。根据供应链充分整合的不同子策略给出不同的供应链整合模型,利用系统动力学的方法在不同的市场需求波动条件下进行动态模拟对比分析。结果显示,在不能实现供应链充分整合时,企业应该根据所面对的不同的市场需求波动环境选择不同的供应链整合子策略,以实现最优的部分供应链整合,提高供应链的整体绩效。 Researchers of supply chain management have agreed on adopting supply chain integration to damp the bullwhip effect and improve the efficiency of supply chain. Although the development of Internet has provided support for supply chain integration technology, there are still some problems like profit division which make the implement of fully integrated supply chain impossible or have too high cost. This paper, based on the sub-strategy of the fully integrated supply chain, presents different models of supply chain integration, compares and analyzes the simulation results of efficiency on different demand variance by ways of system dynamics methodology. The results show that, company should select different sub-strategy according to different demand variance in the market to realize the best partly integrated supply chain and improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain when the realization of fully integrated supply chain is impossible.
