摘要
高等教育市场化改革是和整体经济市场化的程度及政府主导的改革模式密切相关的,随着我国加入WTO,市场经济的发展和融入全球经济一体化进程的加快,教育市场化改革的动力机制会发生转换,市场化的力度会加大,政府职能转变的重点应该放在缩短政府权力线、规范政府行为和转变政府行政理念上。
The reformation of higher educational marketization associates with the marketization of economy and the reform pattern of government. With China＇ s entry into the WTO, the development of market - oriented economy and economical globalization, the driving pattern of educational marketization will change. The transition of governmental function should lead to the weakening of government power, restricting governmental behavior and changing the administrative conception.
