摘要
介绍了网络环境下提高图书编目工作效率的方法,一是实行竞聘上岗制度;二是利用合理业务流程提高工作效率;三是提高编目人员的业务素质;四是合理利用外来数据源;五是提高数据录入速度。
This paper introduces the methods for increasing the efficiency of the cataloging work under the network environment, the first is to earry out the post competing system, the second is to increase the working efficiency by using the rational operation flow, the third is to improving the professional quality of the cataloging personnel, the fourth is to make rational use of the external data sources, and the fifth is to increase the speed of the data entry.
