摘要
目的:观察生化软胶囊的活血化淤作用。方法:用冰水游泳+肾上腺素制造大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定各组给药8d后血液流变学指标,观察生化软胶囊对大鼠血液流变性的影响;用肾上腺素制造大鼠肠系膜急性微循环障碍模型,观察生化软胶囊对微循环障碍的改善作用。结果:生化软胶囊能明显降低大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度、血纤维蛋白原含量及血小板粘附率,减轻血瘀大鼠血液的粘、凝状态,抑制血栓形成;可抑制肾上腺素引起的大鼠肠系膜微循环细动脉管径缩小、流速减慢、毛细血管开放量减少、流态改变,并改善这些现象。结论:生化软胶囊可改善血液流变性及微循环障碍。
Objective: To observe promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis of Shenghua Soft Capsule. Methods: Acute blood stasis rat models were made with swimming in icy water and adrenalin and the indexes on hemorheology after given drugs for eight days were measured in order to investigate the influences of Shenghua Soft Capsule; Mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance rat models were established with adrenalin in order to observe the effects of this drug. Results: Shenghua Soft Capsule could decrease rats' blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, content of blood fibrinogen and aggregation ratio of platelet, and relieve viscosity and coagulating condition of blood stasis rats' blood, so it inhibited thrombosis; it could also inhibit the caliber decreasing of thin artery, the slowing of blood flow, the reducing of open capillaries and the chang of fluid condition and improve these phenomena. Conclusion: Shenghua Soft Capsule may improve blood stasis rats' hemorheology and microcirculatory disturbance.
