摘要
本文通过对6个不同叶型豌豆苗的产量、叶面积数、分枝数、新芽数和新芽长度的差异分析表明:(1)豌豆苗的叶面积由托叶和复叶组成,不同品种托叶和复叶面积都具有显著差异,托叶对产量的贡献大于复叶,复叶的数量影响叶面积。(2)豌豆苗的分枝数和切割后腋芽的生长与再生能力有关,影响豌豆苗产量。不同豌豆品种,其分枝数和腋芽再生有显著差异。(3)豌豆苗的含水量、灰分在品种间没有显著差异。维生素C、糖分含量在品种中存在极显著和显著差异,不同切割长度会影响产量、灰分和维生素C含量。
Differences of yield, leaf size, number of branches and new buds, and the length of new buds among six pea sprouts varieties with different leaf types were analyzed. The results were described as follow: (1) The total leaf area of pea seedling composed of stipule and complex leaves and differences of the area of stipule leaf and complex leaf were significant among different varieties; stipule leaf had more influences on yield than complex leaf, but the number of complex leaves influenced the total leaf area. (2) The number of branches and growth of new buds after cutting related to regeneration ability, and influenced yield of pea sprout; differences of branch numbers and regeneration of new buds were significant among varieties.(3) There were no significant differences in water content and ash content but significant differences existed in the content of vitamin C and saccharide, Cutting longitudes could influence yield, ash content and the content of vitamin C.
