摘要
为保证包芯线的质量和喂线处理时的稳定性,采用料位与单位长度下粉量双重检测技术,配之精密调整设备,严格控制包粉精度,采用V20工业控制计算机实现自动覆绕排线,设计了包芯线机组自动控制系统.详细介绍了系统的包粉率自动控制和自动覆绕排线的功能与实现.工厂实际运行表明,采用该系统可使包芯线的包粉合格率达到98%以上,覆绕速度由原来的8 m/min提高到40 m/min,生产效率提高了5倍.
With the adoption of IPC V20 and C language program, cored-wire Automation control system is designed. The paper mainly introduces the following points:the arrangement and function of offset monitor and automatic raising mechanism in the automatic control of powder packing rate; the realization of hardware and design of software in tension monitor and automatic rolling device in automatic rolling system. The system proves to be able to make the qualification rate of powder packing above 98 %, and the roiling rate can be increased from 8m/min to 40m/min, thus increasing the effeciency by 5 times.
