摘要
制备了掺杂Zr的SO42-TiO2Fe3O4磁性纳米固体超强酸催化剂,并用XRD、TEM、FT IR、TG DTG等测试手段对催化剂的晶型、晶粒大小、酸性、热稳定性、磁性进行研究,考察了Zr的掺杂对催化剂的影响。以醋酸和正丁醇的酯化反应考察不同温度焙烧的催化剂的催化活性,发现ZrO2的加入提高了催化剂的活性与稳定性,且焙烧温度为600℃的催化剂活性最高。
In this paper, magnetic nanoscaled Zr-doped SO4^2-/TiO2/Fe3O4 super acid catalyst was prepared. The influence of intermingling ZrO2 on the catalyst relating to its crystal type, crystal size, acidity, thermal stability, and saturation magnetization had been investigated by means of XRD, TEM, FT-IR, and TG-DTG. The catalyst was evaluated in the esterification of acetic acid. It was found the adding of ZrO2 increased the catalyst activity as well as the stability ; the catalyst that was calcined at 600℃ revealed the most significant activity.
