摘要
研究了表面超音速微粒轰击(纳米化)和喷丸强化两种表面处理方法对疲劳性能的影响,并对表面一定深度内残余应力的分布状态、表面组织、硬度变化进行了分析,同时还对每种状态下的抗气蚀性进行了试验研究。
Two kinds of surface treatment methods (supersonic particles bombarding and shot peening) which have effect on fatigue property have been researched in this paper. Distribution state of residual stress, surface microstru :ture and hardness change within definite distance of the top surface are also analyzed. At the satae time, cavitation erosion resistance in every state has been tested and researched.
