摘要
在ZSM5/ZSM11共结晶分子筛、固定床反应装置上对烷基转移和二乙苯与苯烷基转移动力学进行了考察。在催化裂化干气与苯烷基化的过程中加入丙苯、丁苯和二乙苯,既可抑制干气与苯烷基化时二乙苯、丙苯和丁苯的生成,又可使原料中二乙苯、丙苯和丁苯有烷基转移的作用。二乙苯烷基转移动力学方程式:d[E2B]/dt=K[E2B],K=exp(27.74-16506.8/T)。该方程预测结果与中试实验结果相吻合。最后考察了ZSM5/ZSM11共结晶分子筛催化剂的寿命。
The transalkylation behaviours of alkylbenzenes and transalkyllation kinetics of diethylbenzene were investigated in a fixed -bed microreactor over a ZSM5/ZSM11 cocrystal zeolite. During the Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) dry gas alkylation with benzene process, the addition of diethylbenzene, propylbenzene and butylbenzene mixtures not only suppresses the diethylbenzene, propylbenzene and butylbenzene products, in comparison with those of the pure FCC drygas 'alkylation with benzene, but also enhances the diethylbenzene, propylbenzene and butylbenzene transalkylations with benzene, respectively. The kinetics equation of diethylbenzene transalkylation can be described as: d [E2B]/dt = K[ E2B ], K = exp (27.74 - 16506.8/T), in which the calculation results are in good agreement with those of the pilot process. In the end, the life - test of the ZSM5/ZSM 11 cocrystal zeolite catalyst was investigated.
