应用超声鉴别卵巢肿瘤良恶性的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤,早期不易发现。经腹部和阴道超声及彩色多普勒超声相继用于发现盆腔肿物,根据其特点进行评分并预测良恶性。三维能量多普勒超声的应用提高了卵巢癌诊断的准确度。 Ovarian cancer is a common gynecologic malignancy that usually can't be detected at early stage. Transabdominal sonography, transvaginal sonography and color Doppler sonography are used to assess ovarian masses, in order to develop a scoring system to distinguish malignancy from benign ovarian tumors. Three-dimeusional power Doppler ultrasound improves the diagnostic accuracy for ovarian cancer prediction.
