摘要
目的:探讨单纯性肥胖患者血清瘦素、抵抗素和脂联素水平的变化及意义。方法:分别测定单纯性肥胖组患者和正常对照者的体质指数(BM I)、腰围(WC)、臀围、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、瘦素、抵抗素和脂联素的水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:①与正常对照组相比,单纯性肥胖组脂联素水平明显降低,瘦素及抵抗素水平明显升高(P<0.01)。②瘦素和抵抗素均与BM I、WC、FINS和HOMA-IR呈正相关,与脂联素呈负相关;脂联素则仅与高密度脂蛋白呈正相关,与BM I、WC、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白呈负相关;瘦素与抵抗素呈正相关,而脂联素与瘦素及抵抗素呈负相关。③脂联素和抵抗素能较好地预测BM I和WC。结论:脂联素降低、瘦素和抵抗素升高易导致中心性肥胖和胰岛素抵抗。脂联素、抵抗素水平可能是肥胖发生的预测指标。
Objective :To explore the levels of serum leptin, adiponectin and resistin in simple obesity and also to investigate their roles in this disease. Methods: The serum adiponectin, resistin, leptin, anthropometric and biochemical measurements of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin were detected in 31 simple obesity subjects and 30 normal subjects. Results :① The adiponectin level in obesity group was significantly lower than that in normal group, but levels of leptin and resistin were higher (P〈0.01 ). ② Leptin and resistin levels were positively correlated with BMI, WC, WHR, FINS, HOMAIR, but adiponectin level was in the contrary. Furthermore, adiponectin level was negatively associated with leptin and resistin levels. ③ Adiponectin and resistin can predicted the BMI and waist circumference well. Conclusion: The serum leptin, adiponectin and resistin took part in the development of simple obesity, which was related to the insulin resistance.
