摘要
警察的拦截与搜查权,作为英国刑事侦查活动的重要组成部分,最近二十年来发生了一系列重要变化,从一个侧面反映了英国刑事侦查制度乃至整个刑事司法制度改革的方向和幅度。以英国1984年《警察与刑事证据法》的内容为起点,结合此后有关法律的相关规定,集中论述了拦截与搜查权在行使条件和程序等方面的主要变化。
As an important component of criminal investigation in UK,a series of important changes have taken place inpowers to stop and search during the last twenty years, which reflecting the orientation and extent of the reform of criminal investigation system and even whole criminal justice system in UK. Beginning with the Police and Griminal Evidence.Ict 1984,along with the later conccrning acts, the thesis focuses on the main changes in the conditions and the procedure of performance of the powers to stop and search.
