摘要
间苯二酚和对氯硝基苯通过缩合反应,合成得到了1,3-双(4-硝基苯氧基)苯(134BNPB);随后,在Pd/C-水合肼的还原体系中,被进一步还原,得到了1,3-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(134BAPB)单体。基于134BAPB单体,制得了多种结构的芳香族聚酰胺酸树脂及其对应的可溶性聚酰亚胺树脂,并对它们的性能进行了研究。
The compound of 1, 3-bis(4-nitrophenoxy)benzene(134BNPB) was synthesized through condensation reaction between resorcinol(Res. ) and p-chloronitrobenzene(PCNB), then 134BNPB was further reduced into 1, 3- bis(4- aminophenoxy) benzene(134BAPB) monomer in the reduction system of Pd/ C-hydrazine hydrate. Based on the monomer of 134BAPB, the various aromatic polyamic acid resins with different molecular structures and their corresponding polyimide resins were obtained. The properties of the polyimides were also studied in this paper.
