摘要
探讨含铬、钼、铜多元微量元素的合金球铁经连续冷却获得贝氏体组织的新工艺,研究了热处理工艺参数对贝氏体球铁组织和性能的影响,并以杂质泵过流部件为对象进行了生产验证。结果表明,采用该工艺可以稳定地获得以下贝氏体为主的组织和良好的综合机械性能(HRC≥50,ak≥10Jcm-2),耐磨性提高为普通灰铸铁的5倍,经济效益显著。
The new technology of continuous cooling Bainite ductile iron with additionof Cr,Mo,Cu is studied. The in fluence of heat treatment parameters on the structureand properties of the Bainite ductile iron is analysed in detail,and the shield parts of impurity pump made of this material is used in production. The results show that the lower Bainite structure and good mechanical properties (HRC≥ 50, ac≥10 Jcm-2 )can beobtained by using this new technology: the wear resistance of the new material is overfive times than that of cast iron and the economic benefit is notable.
