摘要
在内藏式起升机构设计中,如何减轻重量,降低成本,减少占用空间等问题一直为同行所关注。针对这一问题,建立了以起升机构占用空间最小和行星齿轮减速机构用材最少为目标的多目标最优化数学模型。实例表明,通过多目标的优化设计,行星齿轮减速机构及卷筒体积得到大幅度减少。
As far as hoisting mechanism with planet gear inside reel to be concerning, it is a vigorous issue to scholars to alleviate weigh, decrease dimension and reduce cost. Aim at the problem, this paper establishes the mathematical model of multipurpose optimization to made hoisting mechanism to occupy minimum space and planet gear to use minimum material. The example shows that the design through the multipurpose optimization made the volume of planet gear mechanism and reel decrease substantially.
