摘要
这里采用机械与控制联合仿真的方法,在ADAMS中创建3-RPS并联机构的动力学模型,并在SIMULINK中建立3-RPS并联机构的控制模型;利用ADAMS/controls模块构成机构联合仿真模型,进行了联合仿真分析。最后通过联合仿真方法对3-RPS并联机构进行了精度分析,提出了提高3-RPS并联机构运行精度的措施。
The method of mechanic and control co - simulation was used in this paper. The author created mechanical dynamic model of 3- RPS parallel mechanism in ADAMS and the control model in SIMULINK environment. Using ADAMS/controls, the author created the combined simulation model for system. Also 3 - RPS parallel mechanism was taken precision analysis using co - simulation method, and method for improving motion precision was pitt forward.
