摘要
高速切削加工作为一种先进制造技术,已成为21世纪切削加工领域重大的技术性课题之一,具有广阔的应用前景。面对制造业在缩短产品生产周期的同时,还必须降低加工成本,经过半个世纪的探索和研究,高速切削加工现已成为当代先进制造技术的重要组成部分。这里从特点、应用领域、关键加工技术等方面对高速切削进行了论述,阐述了高速切削加工在汽车工业、航空航天、模具制造和仪器仪表等行业得到广泛应用的优势。
As an advanced technique in manufacturing, high - speed cutting had become one of the most important technical matters in the field of cutting processing of the 21 st century, owning the broad applied prospective. Through the explanation and research during half of a century, it has become the important comportent of the modern advanced technology in manufacturing industry.
