摘要
目的观察斯康杜尼在老年高血压患者拔牙术中的效果及安全性。方法采用斯康杜尼加压注射麻醉拔牙,记录不同牙位麻醉效果及比较病人拔牙术前、中、后的血压和心率。结果斯康杜尼在老年高血压患者拔牙麻醉的完全无痛率达86.84%,并对血压、心率无明显影响。结论斯康杜尼为老年高血压患者拔牙术提供了一种安全有效的麻醉方法。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Scandonest on exodontia in old patients with hypertension. Methods： For exodontia, 100 old patients were local anesthetized by pressed injecting Scandonest. The anesthesia efficacies were recorded and the patients＇ blood pressure and cardiac rate were compared before, during and after anesthesia and exodontias. Results： The ratio of complete indolence in 100 old patients with hypertension - who were local a＇nesthetized by injecting Scandonest reached 86. 84%. Scandonest has no effects on patients＇ blood pressure and cardiac rate. Conclusion： Local anesthesia with Scandonest is safe and effective for exodontias in the old patients with hypertension.
