摘要
电解槽是有色冶金的关键设备之一,目前较多地采用了玻璃钢衬里的防腐蚀手段。该文由铜、镍等精炼工艺的实际腐蚀介质出发,从防腐蚀树脂选材、新型乙烯基酯树脂性能、工程质量控制等方面介绍了金川公司电解槽的腐蚀防护工程及实施情况。
Electrobath is one of the most important equipment in nonferrous metallurgical industry. FRP lining methods are often used as an anticorrosion measure in this area. This paper introduces the status quo of the electrobath anticorrosion engineering in Jinchuan Company, the corrosion in copper and nickel metallurgy, selecting material of anticorrosive resin, performance of new vinyl resin, control of the engineering quality and so on.
