摘要
在甘氨酸的三种多晶型中,α-和γ-晶型是较稳定的,而β-晶型很难在空气中稳定存在。通过缓慢蒸发法可以得到α-晶型的单晶,而γ-晶型的单晶通过一般的单晶培养方法很难得到。通过单晶培养实验研究,提出向甘氨酸的水溶液中添加一定量的氯化钠或硝酸钠的新方法,可得到外形完整的甘氨酸γ-晶型的大单晶,这通过单晶的 X-射线衍射、粉末衍射和红外光谱分析均可得以验证。SEM扫描电镜表明,甘氨酸γ-晶型是标准的八面体晶习,与α-晶型的长片状晶习存在较大差异。
Among the three morphologies of glycine, the α-and γ-phases are stable, while the β-phase is unstable in the atmospherical environment. The single crystal of α-glycine can be obtained by evaporation method and γ-glycine is difficult to cultivate by ordinary method. Through study in cultivating experiments, a new method is put forward for the first time. Perfect big single crystals of γ-glycine can be obtained from the water solution of glycine by adding a certain quantity of NaCl or NaNO3 into the crystallization liquor, which can be validated by single crystal X-ray diffraction, power X-ray diffraction and IR spectra analysis. From the SEM photographs, it can be seen that the single crystal of γ-glycine is octahedron shape, having great difference in crystal habit from the α-glycine with full-length film shape.
