摘要
概要介绍了大湄公河次区域电力合作的基本情况,分别从有利于加深我国与大湄公河次区域各国经济合作、维护地区和平稳定安全、扩大我国对外贸易、建立我国通向东南亚大通道以及促进我国西部经济大开发等五个方面对我国参与并推动大湄公河次区域电力合作的战略思考进行了论述。
This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Greater Mekong Subregion （hereinafter refer as GMS） cooperation in electric power sector. It dissertates the strategic significance for China to participate GMS power cooperation from five aspects. They are： it is in favor of deepening China＇s ecnomic cooperation with GMS countries, vindicating regional security and stability, widening China＇s foreign trade scope, constructing great economic corridor to South East Asia and promoting the great economic development of West China.
