摘要
推导了平板型混合药膜体系释放过程中界面移动距离与时间的一般关系式。据此研究了药物装填量、释放介质体积、边界层厚度等对释放过程的影响。
According to the matrix diffusion of the monolithic matrix, a general relationship between h m , the moving distance of release interface and time has been derived in this paper, and the effect of several factors, including drug load, volume of the extraction medium and the diffusion boundary layer on the release process has been dicussed and analysed by the derived equations.
